Refund
If you are not fully satisfied, we apologize for your unhappiness with our products. You may return within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund. All items must be in complete original tags and label. Items must not be worn, washed or damaged and must be in its original packaging in perfect condition. Return shipping cost are your responsibility, unless the items was send damaged or defected from our end.
Our goal is to have all of our customers happy and satisfied with our products and services. Please feel free to email us or contact us for any queries or additional info.
Please allow us about 10-14 days to process your return to credit your credit card. We will email you within 48 hours after receiving the item that your credit card has been credited. All refunds granted are for the purchase price of the product only and can only be credited to the credit card used at time of purchase.
Exchange
Our aim is to work hard to make your shopping process an enjoyable one.
Exchanges can be made within 14 days of delivery date. Once the return product is received, we will be more than thrilled to help you with the process. All items must not be worn, washed or damaged and must be with its original tag, label and in its original packaging in perfect condition. If at the time of your exchange, you are unable to find products that will make you happy, you will receive a full merchandise credit to be used at koolearthUSA.com towards your next purchase.
If your order arrives at your door damaged, broken or defective, we will ship out a new one completely at our expense.
Cancellation
You placed an order and realized within 5 hours that you are rethinking about your order, please call our helpful customer service and they will be "unhappy" but definitely give you a full refund free of any charge. Let's say, after 5 hours you are still rethinking and still want to cancel, please call us and we will do our best to stop the shipping process but no guarantee. But we will still be "unhappy".
Sale Items
We don't like to do this but all sales are final on discontinued and/or sale items. We will not accept returns on these items under any circumstance, we hope you understand.
