KoolEarth offers UPS ground, standard shipping (5-7 days) of one flat rate of $6.00 to any city in the continental of USA. Unfortunately UPS does not offer Saturday or Sunday delivery, and UPS is unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. For International, Canada and overnight rates, please call customer service for shipping quotes.

We do our best to ship all orders within 2 business days of receipt, although, if we have any queries or you may have a special question, the order process will resume after the communication is resolved.

All of our shipping boxes, envelopes, tissue paper, ribbons and so on are made from recycled products. We also re-using the cartons that we keep in our warehouse so they can get re-energized, so please forgive us if you receive a used box. It’s another way of helping to save our planet by reducing waste by any means we can. You may do the same once you receive your shipment, we urge you if you do not re-use them, just recycle them Thank you.
